On motion of Council Member Santos, seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried unanimously, the City Council appointed Esther <br /> Holcomb to the Marina Master Plan Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> b. Matter of Proposed Building Security Ordinance. On motion of Council Member <br /> Santos, seconded by Council Member Faria, with Council Members Glaze and <br /> Polvorosa voting no, the City Council approved Mayor Karp developing a list <br /> of recommended appointees to a Building Security Ordinance Ad Hoc Committee <br /> for City Council approval . <br />
