Presentation of Commendation by the City to Darla Mortensen, President, and <br /> Cindie Camozzi , Chairman, of the San Leandro Inner Wheel Club, for the Club's <br /> Donations of Bears to the Police-Department sponsored, Operation Bear Hug <br /> Program, for traumatized Children. Mayor Karp read the commendation and <br /> described the Operation Bear Hug Program. The Wheel Club thanked the City <br /> and said they had another 200 bears set aside for the program. Kathy Ornelas <br /> extended the thanks of the Police Department for the Club's participation <br /> in the program. <br />
