He said the Public Hearing could be <br /> continued as a closed Public Hearing, but the City Council could request <br /> information from the traffic engineers. <br /> On motion of Council Member Glaze, seconded by Council Member Santos and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council continued the closed Public Hearing <br /> to the September 17, 1990, City Council Meeting. <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-185 (2207) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT - <br /> UNDERGROUND COMMUNICATION LINES <br /> CROSSING WILLIAMS STREET AT KELLOGG COMPANY <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-186 (2207) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT - <br /> PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING <br /> WILLIAMS STREET AT KELLOGG COMPANY <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br />• NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> The City Council asked for additional information related to the proposed <br /> Agreement with Simon & Company, Inc. , and asked for a listing of the types of <br /> reports he provides, who the reports go to, when they can be expected, and what <br /> Mr. Simon has done over the course of his previous contracts. The City Council <br /> also noted that they would like an annual personal briefing of the City Council <br /> from Mr. Simon added to his contract. <br /> On motion of Council Member Santos, seconded by Council Member Glaze and carried <br /> unanimously, the City Council continued the matter of the resolution approving <br /> agreement with Simon & Company, Inc. , to the September 17, 1990, City Council <br /> meeting. <br />
