Matter of PD-89-1; Planned Unit Development; General Development Plan and <br /> Precise Development Plan Combined; to Construct a Shopping Center Consisting <br /> of Four Separate Buildings, Including a Burger King Restaurant; at the <br /> Southeast Corner of Lewelling Boulevard and Washington Avenue; Assessor's <br /> Parcel Numbers 412-6-3, 10, and 11; C-2 (Light Commercial ) District; Pacific <br /> Development Group. Continued from July 16 and September 4, 1990, City <br /> Council Meetings. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, <br /> Mayor Karp noted that three letters had been received on this matter from <br /> the San Lorenzo School District, the Floresta Homeowners Association, and <br /> Marty and Betty Nelson. <br /> Gaye Quinn, Acting Director of the Building and Planning Department, noted <br /> that this was a continued Public Hearing and summarized the actions of the <br /> September 4, 1990, Public Hearing. She said the subject property is located <br /> at the southeast corner of Washington and Lewelling and the developer is <br /> Pacific Development Group. She said the proposal for the site included a <br /> Burger King, Walgreen's, and two other buildings. She said the remaining <br /> issues to be addressed were primarily those related to traffic. <br />
