There was considerable discussion on this matter. <br /> Council Member Polvorosa said he felt the entire City Council should discuss this <br /> matter. Council Member Glaze noted that City Council policies on a variety of <br /> matters need to be developed. Council Member Perry said that the City Council <br /> should look not only at the Mayor's salary but at City Council and employee <br /> salaries, with an eye toward the future, and keeping in mind historical <br />
