IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-005 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $2.650,000 IN THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> PLANT ENTERPRISE FUND FOR THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) <br /> REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08-593-52-239 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that said funds be used to fund the <br /> WPCP Rehabilitation Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That an appropriation of funds be made in the amount of$2,650,000 from the Water <br /> Pollution Control Plant Enterprise Fund to pay for soil removal and disposal costs. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 21st day of January, <br /> 2014, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza (5) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Cutter; Mayor Cassidy (2) <br /> ATTEST: !
