PROJECT AREA LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />more or less, to a line drawn parallel with <br />and 75 feet northeasterly, measured at right <br />angles, from the said southwestern line of <br />Town of San Leandro, last said parallel line <br />being also perpendicular to Lola Street; <br />thence northwesterly along last said parallel <br />line to the centerline of San Leandro Street, <br />as said creek is shown on said Map of the <br />Town of San Leandro; thence along said <br />center line northeasterly, easterly, and <br />southeasterly along to the said northeastern <br />line of Martinez Street; thence southeasterly <br />along last said line to the northwestern line <br />of said Davis Street, as said street is shown <br />on said Map of the Town of San Leandro; <br />thence northeasterly along last said line of <br />Davis Street to the said line of Carpentier <br />Street; thence southeasterly along said line <br />of Carpentier Street to the Point of Begin- <br />ning. <br />The area added to the Plaza 2 Redevel- <br />opment Project in June, 1988, is shown on <br />Exhibit B and is labeled AREA 5, Expan- <br />sion Areas A, B, C and D. This area is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />AREA 5 <br />EXPANSION AREA "A" <br />The area generally located along both <br />sides of San Leandro Boulevard between <br />Davis Street and San Leandro Creek, and <br />including the Union Pacific Railroad proper- <br />ty located northerly of Davis Street and <br />westerly of San Leandro Boulevard, and <br />specifically described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, be- <br />ing all of Blocks 36, 37 and 38, portions of <br />Block 33 and 34, and a portion of San <br />Leandro Boulevard (formerly Estudillo <br />Street), all as shown on the Map of the <br />(San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Supp. No. 2, 12-05) 56 <br />Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, <br />1855, in Book 2 of Maps, at page 43, Ala- <br />meda County Records, and being further <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the <br />southwestern line of Carpentier Street with <br />the northwestern line of Davis Street, as said <br />streets are shown on said map; thence <br />northwesterly along said line of Carpentier <br />Street to a point 100 feet northwesterly of <br />the said line of Davis Street; thence at right <br />angles to said line of Carpentier Street, <br />southwesterly, 150 feet to a line drawn par- <br />allel with said line of Carpentier Street; <br />thence northwesterly along said parallel line <br />484.60 feet; thence southwesterly, at right <br />angles to said line of Carpentier Street, to <br />the southwesterly line of said San Leandro <br />Boulevard; thence northwesterly along said <br />line of San Leandro Boulevard to the center <br />line of San Leandro Creek, as said Creek is <br />shown on said map; thence westerly and <br />northwesterly along said centerline of San <br />Leandro Creek to the northeastern line of <br />Martinez Street, as said street is shown on <br />said map; thence southeasterly along said <br />line of Martinez Street to the said line of <br />Davis Street; thence northeasterly along said <br />line of Davis Street to the Point of Begin- <br />ning. <br />EXPANSION AREA `B" <br />The area located westerly of BART's San <br />Leandro Station bounded generally by West <br />Estudillo Avenue on the north, Martinez <br />Street and the Union Pacific Railroad on the <br />east, Williams Street on the south and Al- <br />varado Street and the Southern Pacific Rail- <br />road on the west, and specifically described <br />as follows: <br />
