<br />northeastern line of Martinez Street with the
<br />southeastern line of West Estudillo Avenue
<br />(formerly Ward Street), as said streets are
<br />shown on Map of the Town of San Leandro,
<br />filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of Maps,
<br />at page 43, Alameda County Records;
<br />thence southwesterly along said line of West
<br />Estudillo Avenue to the southwestern line of
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, as
<br />said right-of-way is shown on Parcel Map
<br />4852, filed October I, 1986, in Book 164 of
<br />Maps, at pages 50 and 51, Alameda County
<br />Records; thence southeasterly along last said
<br />line to the northwestern line of Thornton
<br />Street, as last said street is shown on said
<br />Map of the Town of San Leandro; thence
<br />southwesterly along last said line to the
<br />southwestern line of Alvarado Street, as last
<br />said street is shown on last said map; thence
<br />southeasterly along last said line to the
<br />southeastern line of Williams Street, as last
<br />said street is shown on last said map; thence
<br />northeasterly along last said line to the
<br />northeastern line of the Union Pacific Sys-

<br />March 19, 1943, in Book 8 of Maps, at pag-
<br />es 48 and 49; thence northwesterly along
<br />last said line, 7.28 feet, more or less, to the
<br />southeastern line of Lot 7 of said Tract 658;
<br />thence southwesterly along last said line and
<br />the prolongation thereof to its intersection
