2.24.060 Relocation housing. If insufficient suitable housing units are available in the project area for use by per- sons and families of low and moderate in- come displaced by the project, the agency may, to the extent of that deficiency, direct or cause the development, rehabilitation or construction of housing units within the city or county, both inside and outside of the project area. (Ord. 93-012 § 436, 1993) 2.24.070 Tax increment funds. Except as otherwise provided in Health and Safety Code Section 33334.2 and, to the extent applicable, Health and Safety Code Section 33334.6, not less than twenty per- cent (20%) of all taxes which are allocated to the agency pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33670 shall be used by the agency for the purpose of increasing, im- proving and preserving the city's and coun- ty's supply of housing for persons and fami- lies of low or moderate income and very low income households in accordance with the provisions of Health and Safety Code Sec- tion 33334.3. Attachment A illustrates the project area boundaries. It is intended that the permitted land uses and land use standards set forth in the general plans now or as hereafter amended shall be permitted land uses and land use standards governing the applicable portions of the project area under this plan.
