(Ord. 93-012 § 603, <br />1993) <br />Chapter 2.36 <br />ADMINISTRATION AND <br />ENFORCEMENT <br />Sections: <br />2.36.010 <br />Acquisition of real <br />property. <br />2.36.020 <br />Acquisition of personal <br />property. <br />2.36.030 <br />Cooperation with public <br />bodies. <br />2.36.040 <br />Property management in <br />lieu payments. <br />2.36.050 <br />Actions by the city and <br />county. <br />2.36.060 <br />Administration, <br />enforcement and <br />amendment of the plan. <br />2.36.070 <br />Duration of this plan. <br />2.36.010 Acquisition of real property. <br />Any eminent domain proceedings on <br />properties are hereby added in this section <br />must commence within twelve (12) years of <br />(San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Supp. No. 2, 12-05) 84 <br />the effective date of the ordinance approving <br />and adopting this plan. <br />The agency may purchase, lease, obtain <br />option upon or otherwise acquire any inter- <br />est in real property located in the project <br />area by gift, devise, exchange, purchase, or <br />any other means authorized by law. The <br />agency will, in the unincorporated areas of <br />the project, have the power of eminent do- <br />main to acquire commercial or industrial <br />properties so zoned on the effective date of <br />the adopting ordinance for this project and <br />properties in the area north of East Lew- <br />elling Boulevard, east of Western Pacific <br />Railroad right-of-way. In the incorporated <br />portion of the project area, the agency will <br />have the power of eminent domain to ac- <br />quire all properties listed on Exhibits <br />2.36.010(1), 2.36.010(2), 2.36.010(3), <br />2.36.010(4), 2.36.010(5) and 2.36.010(6) <br />incorporated herein by reference, on the ef- <br />fective date of the ordinance adopting <br />Amendment No. 2 to the redevelopment <br />plan for this project. The agency will also <br />retain the power of eminent domain on a <br />limited number of industrially and commer- <br />cially zoned property, so zoned on the effec- <br />tive date of the adopting ordinance for <br />Amendment No. 4 to the plan and identified <br />in Exhibits 2.36.010(7), 2.36.010(8), <br />2.3 6.010(9) and 2.36.010(10) to Amendment <br />No. 4. Any eminent domain proceedings on <br />properties identified in Exhibits 2.36.010(7), <br />2.36.010(8), 2.36.010(9) and 2.36.010(10) <br />must commence within twelve (12) years of <br />the effective date of the ordinance adopting <br />Amendment No. 4 to the plan. Any eminent <br />domain proceedings, except on the proper- <br />ties identified in Exhibits 2.36.010(7), <br />2.36.010(8), 2.36.010(9) and 2.36.010(10) <br />must commence within twelve (12) years of <br />the effective date of the ordinance approving <br />
