City Council Draft Minutes March 3, 2014 <br />City Manager Chris Zapata requested that Item 8.D. be removed from the Consent <br />Calendar. <br />City Attorney Richard Pio Roda described the process for the City Council to <br />designate a nominee for Item 8.D. <br />7.
