SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall complete Task 1 and 2 services within 8 weeks of receiving notice to proceed. <br />50% plans and specification shall be provided within 6 weeks of completing tasks 1 and 2. <br />Bid documents shall be submitted 8 weeks after RWQCB's review of the 50% submittal. <br />EXCEPTIONS <br />• City will coordinate with the Regional Water Quality Control Board and all other regulatory agencies <br />regarding the environmental aspects of this project. City will conduct all correspondence and <br />negotiations with the RWQCB and all other regulatory agencies regarding regulatory approvals for <br />the reuse of fill and sludge at the Polishing Pond. <br />• Scope of Work does not include environmental compliance evaluation of the project. <br />• City will provide all existing reports on the ponds. <br />• City will provide all existing reports and existing test results on the spoils. <br />• City will provide written review comments to all progress submittals within 14 days after receipt of <br />each submittal. <br />• City will coordinate any project review with the local building department and other appropriate <br />agencies, and apply and pay for all required permits, if necessary. <br />• City will be responsible for the advertisement, printing, and distribution of bidding documents and <br />addenda. <br />• Scope of Work does not include bid period services and engineering services during construction. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between [EFFECTIVE DATE] <br />City of San Leandro and —Exhibit A Page 5 of 5 <br />
