<br />There being no further public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing
<br />was closed.

<br />Declaration and Associated Mitigation Monitoring Program for the
<br />Downtown Office/Technology Campus Project (PLN 2013-00045) at
<br />1333 Martinez Street , Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-47-2, 75-47-7,
<br />75-47-3-2, and 75-42-2-1, as Complete and in Compliance with the
<br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cutter, seconded by Councilmember
<br />Reed, that this minute order be adopted. The motion carried by the following
<br />vote.
