Assistant Fire Marshal - Fire Employees in the classification of Assistant Fire Marshal <br /> at the time of consolidation shall be paid at the rate in effect at time of consolidation which <br /> is equal to the ACFD classification of Battalion Chief, a classification covered in the County <br /> MOU - Management. The base salary schedule for the ACFD classification of Battalion Chief <br /> is attached as Appendix "A." <br /> 3. Senior Fire Inspector - Employees of the San Leandro Fire Department in the <br /> classification of Senior Fire Inspector at the time of consolidation shall be paid at the rate in <br /> effect at time of consolidation equal to the ACFD classification of Fire Marshal II, a <br /> classification covered in the County MOU - Management. The base salary schedule for the <br /> ACFD classification is attached as Appendix "A." <br /> 4. Fire Captain (Training Officer) - Fire Employee in the San Leandro classification of <br /> Fire Captain (Training Officer) at the time of consolidation shall be paid at the rate in effect <br /> at time of consolidation equal to the ACFD classification of Fire Training Officer, a <br /> classification covered in the County MOU - Management. The base salary schedule for the <br /> ACFD classification is attached as Appendix "A." <br /> Subsection B. Premium Conditions <br /> Premium conditions shall be in accordance with the County MOU. The consolidated <br /> employment list for Fire Captain established on May 27, 1994 shall be used for temporary <br /> assignment to Captain in accordance with Section 16 (a) of the County MOU. The <br /> consolidated employment list for Fire Engineer established on October 6, 1994 shall be used <br /> to make acting appointments in accordance with Section 16 (a) of the County MOU, until such <br /> time as those lists expire in accordance with the Alameda County Civil Service Rules. <br /> Subsection C. Emergency Medical Technicians <br /> Fire Employees receiving the 2.5 percent pay differential for possession of an EMT - D <br /> certificate under the City MOU shall continue to receive the pay differential provided the <br /> employee meets the requirements specified in Section 12 - D of the County MOU. <br /> Subsection D. Hazardous Materials Technician <br /> Fire Employees receiving a 5 percent pay differential for participating as a member of the <br /> Hazardous Materials Team under the City MOU, shall continue to receive the pay differential <br /> while assigned to the hazardous materials response team. <br /> 3 <br />
