Projects are typically <br /> Rehabilitation Program substandard units through the Apartment Rehabilitation Program using HOME, CDBG, reviewed on a case-by-case basis after owners request funds.Generally,such projects are <br /> Redevelopment Agency set-asides,and the local Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
