CR District—Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the CR District, subject to the approval of an Ad- <br />ministrative Review Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the <br />requirements of Article 21. <br /> <br />1. Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Community Gardens. <br /> 3.2. Mobile Food Vendingor. (Subject to approval of operation and restrictions on <br />operation as established by Zoning Enforcement Official and compliance with all <br />other City codes pertaining to mobile food vending.) <br />4.3. Parking Lot. <br />5.4. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine.
