CR District—Temporary Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the CR District, subject to the regulations <br />of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. <br /> <br />1. Circuses and Carnivals. <br />2. Commercial Filming. <br />3. Retail Sales, Outdoor. <br />4. Storage Containers, Temporary. <br />5. Trade Fairs. C-RM District—Regional Malls Require Development Agreement or Conditional Use <br />Permit. Regional Malls shall be permitted subject either to a development agreement <br />or a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />A. B.C-RM District—Permitted Uses within Regional Mall. The following uses are al- <br />lowed in the C-RM District, and a conditional use permit is not required. (Certain uses <br />are subject to special requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following the in- <br />dividual use classification.) Within a regional mall, the following uses shall be permit- <br />ted subject to review procedures established in the development agreement for the <br />regional mall, or if no development agreement is adopted and in effect, such review <br />procedures as are established by the conditional use permit for the regional mall: <br /> <br />1. Accessory uses, other than Entertainment Events, when in conjunction <br />with a permitted use. <br />2. 1. Animal Grooming. <br />3. Artist’s Studios. <br />4. 2. Automobile Rentals. (Permitted use limited to automobile rental office or counter, <br />including on-site drop off or pick-up of rented automobiles, but excluding on-site <br />storage of vehicles. If additional activities are proposed, a use permit for the “Ve- <br />hicle/Heavy Equipment Rentals” classification shall be required.) <br />5. Brewpubs. <br />6. 3. Business Services. <br />7. 4.
