C-RM District—Development Agreement Controls. <br /> <br />All references to a development agreement herein shall refer to any development <br />agreement signed by the City as authorized by City of San Leandro Codes and Cali- <br />fornia Government Code Section 65864 et. seq., as amended from time to time, <br />which affects any property, which now or in the future becomes subject to C-RM zon- <br />ing. Said development agreement may have been executed before or after the sub- <br />ject property becomes subject to C-RM zoning. The provisions of any such develop- <br />ment agreement shall control in the event of a conflict in the terms of such develop- <br />ment agreement and C-RM zoning. Any rights protected by such development <br />agreement shall continue to be protected and any procedures therein shall continue <br />to be followed regardless of the provisions of this zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />D. C-RM District—Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the C-RM District, and a conditional use permit is <br />not required.
