File Number: 14-293 <br />and shall have no further force and effect if and only upon the passage of Measure ___ on the <br />City of San Leandro November 4, 2014 ballot. <br />If Measure ___ does not pass, then this Ordinance shall not become effective, and <br />shall have no force or effect. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. The effective date of this Ordinance shall be the same as <br />the effective date of the Ordinance that enacts Measure ____ on the City of San Leandro <br />November 4, 2014 ballot. <br />Section 4. Severability.
