<br />d. No Adult-Oriented Business shall be located in any zoning district with an <br />overlay zone. <br /> <br />e. No Adult-Oriented Business shall be located on any parcel that contains <br />frontage on Merced Street, Alvarado Street, Williams Street, Doolittle Drive <br />or Fairway Drive. <br /> <br />2. No Adult-Oriented Business shall be established or located within one thousand <br />(1,000) feet of the following: <br /> <br />a. Any place of religious assembly; <br /> <br />b. Any residentially zoned land, whether in the City of San Leandro, in an ad- <br />joining City, or within the unincorporated area; <br /> <br />c. Any public park, or property zoned, planned, or otherwise designated for <br />such use by City action, and a public or private educational facility including, <br />but not limited to, child day care facilities, libraries, nursery schools, pre- <br />schools, kindergartens, elementary schools, private schools, intermediate <br />schools, junior high schools, middle schools, high schools, secondary <br />schools, continuation schools, special education schools, junior colleges, <br />and universities; schools includes the school grounds, but does not included <br />facilities used primarily for another purpose and only incidentally as a school; <br /> <br />d. Any boys club, girls club, or similar youth organization; or <br /> <br />e. Any large family, general, or limited day care facility licensed by the State of <br />California. <br /> <br />f. Any establishment that holds a state license for the sale or consumption of al- <br />cohol beverages, except this definition shall not include restaurants that have <br />a bar on site so long as more than 50% of the customer seating is dedicated <br />to restaurant patrons. This definition applies solely to the location criteria of <br />this Section. <br /> <br />The uses and zones set forth herein shall be collectively known as “impacted <br />uses.” <br /> <br />3. No Adult-Oriented Business may be established or located within one thousand <br />(1,000) feet of any other Adult-Oriented Business, whether in the City of San <br />Leandro, in an adjoining city, or within the unincorporated area. <br /> <br />4.
