K.3. Factors Considered in Evaluating ApplicationsGranting Conditional Use Per- mits. The City Board of Zoning Adjustments shall consider the following factors in determining whether to approve an application issue a conditional use per- mit, although the City Board may waive or reduce the burden on the applicant of one or more of these criteria if the City Board concludes that the goals of this Oordinance are better served thereby. 1.a. Design of the facility tower with particular reference to design characteris- tics that have the effect of reducing or eliminating visual obtrusiveness. im- pacts. 7.g. Existing and pProposed parking, as well as site ingress and egress. 8.h. Availability of suitable existing towers, buildings and structures that would provide site sharing and co-location opportunities in the project vicini- ty. as discussed in Subsection F.4. of this Section.
