<br />11. A Community Garden manager must be identified for each site and con- <br />tact information for said manager shall be provided on a posted sign. Said <br />signage shall be limited to two (2) square feet in area. <br />C. Application Requirements. <br />Administrative Review approval is required for all Community Gardens in ac- <br />cordance with Article 21. The information listed below is required at the time <br />an application for an Administrative Review is submitted: <br />1. A scaled, fully-dimensioned site plan showing physical dimension of <br />property and structures, distance from the project property lines to the <br />nearest residential structure, existing and proposed utilities that service <br />the proposed Community Garden, and proposed areas of compost, plant- <br />ing and storage; <br />2. Identification of Community Garden manager and description of manage- <br />ment plans, responsible parties, and proposed contact information sign- <br />age; <br />3. Description of proposed farm equipment and time periods for their use; <br />4. Statement of intent to spray or use chemicals; <br />5. Sediment and erosion control plan; and <br />6.
