The following uses are allowed in the SA-2 District, subject to the approval of an Ad- <br />ministrative Review Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the <br />requirements of Article 21. <br /> <br />1. Automatic Teller Machine. <br />2. Cafés. (Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a Restaurant <br />or Café that would have either a gross floor area of two thousand (2,000) square <br />feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger. <br />Standards for review are specified in Section 2-674.G.) <br />2. Community Gardens. <br />3. Drugstores. <br />4. Laboratories. <br />5. Theaters, Small Scale. <br />5.6. Parking Lot. <br />6.7. Recycling Facilities, Bulk Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the regulations <br />of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />7.8. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the <br />regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />8.9. Recycling Facilities, Small Collection. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4- <br />1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br />9. Theaters, Small Scale. <br />10. Two-Family Residential. <br />11. Telecommunications, Architecturally-Integrated Antennas and/or Alternative <br />Co-locations on Existing Tower Structures. Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Dealers Limited, Used. <br /> <br />D.
