The project shall comply with Exhibits A through N, dated August 8, 2014, <br /> except as hereinafter modified. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> C. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Zoning Enforcement <br /> Official approval and shall be substantially completed one (1) year thereafter. For <br /> the purpose of compliance with this condition, commencement of construction <br /> shall be defined as the construction of the building foundation. <br /> II. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Site Plan Review is an approval to construct an addition comprising <br /> approximately 12,614 square feet to the rear portion of the manufacturing facility <br /> at 700 Montague Avenue; Alameda County Assessor's Number 77A-650-9-1. <br /> B. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full <br /> compliance with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) <br /> the Zoning Enforcement Official and/or Community Development Director can <br /> waive compliance with the terms of the application if they are minor in content <br /> Agreement to Conditions August 12, 2014 <br /> PLN2014-00019 Page 3 of 9 <br />
