The project shall remain in substantial compliance with the approved exhibits and plans. <br /> Pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 4-26 Historic Preservation, exterior alterations or <br /> changes shall be subject to the review of the Library-Historical Commission Secretary or <br /> Library-Historical Commission. The Library-Historical Commission shall provide <br /> recommendations to the City Council on a course of action regarding full approval, denial, <br /> or approval with specified changes to the proposed alterations. <br /> E. The property owner shall remain at all times in full compliance of City of San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 4-26 Historic Preservation. <br /> F. Prior to issuance of building permits final exterior elevations including but not limited to <br /> colors, materials, finishes and utility equipment shall be subject to the review and approval <br /> of the Community Development Director and the Library-Historical Commission <br /> Secretary. <br /> G. The accessory buildings on the property known as the Gardener's Cottage, the Carriage <br /> House, and the Blacksmith's Shop shall remain on the premises and the exterior of the <br /> buildings shall be maintained in good condition at all times. <br /> H. Any needed exterior repairs on any of the buildings on the property shall be authentic to the <br /> building. <br /> I. Any modification to the on-site landscaping, such as the reduction of shrub planting shall <br /> be submitted on a landscape plan for the review of the Community Development Director. <br /> Landscaped areas shall not be reduced with additional paving for vehicular parking. <br /> J. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the Conditions <br /> of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> K. All conditions of approval for PLN2005-00029 shall remain in full effect. <br /> II. PLANNED DEVLOPMENT USE RESTRICTIONS <br /> A. This Modification of Planned Development permits conversion of the detached buildings <br /> on the property known as the Carriage House and Blacksmith's Shop into dwelling units <br /> and to replace a storage shed with a new storage room behind the Blacksmith's Shop <br /> building on the property known as the former Daniel Best Home at 1315 Clarke Street. The <br /> conversion of the Blacksmith's Shop includes no increase in height and an interior remodel <br /> to increase the living area into a portion of the storage room addition. The site is also <br /> known as Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 75-19-5. <br /> B. No parking space may be converted into any use that would prevent its use as a parking <br /> space. <br /> C. No mobile home, camper or recreational vehicle, boat, truck, trailer or similar equipment <br /> shall be parked anywhere within the Development.
