City of San <br />Leandro Litigation (approves amendment for an amount not to exceed <br />$110,000 from the Self -Insurance Fund) <br />WHEREAS, the City in accordance with its purchasing provisions has identified Jarvis, <br />Fay, Doporto, and Gibson, LLP to continue to provide legal representation associated with the <br />Ilmberger et al. v. City of San Leandro case; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an amendment to the agreement with Jarvis, <br />Fay, Doporto, and Gibson, LLP for said work; and <br />TiTI <br />follows: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the agreement amendment; <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />1. That said amendment to the agreement in an amount not to exceed $110,000.00 is <br />hereby approved; and <br />2. That the terms of the agreement will be memorialized in writing by the City <br />Manager, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement amendment; and <br />4.
