No use, process, or activity shall produce objectionable dust that is perceptible without <br /> instruments by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br /> D. Parking lot lighting shall comply with Article 17. Security lighting in any district may be <br /> indirect or diffused, or shall be shielded or directed away from an R district within five <br /> hundred(500) feet. <br /> E. Uses, activities, and processes shall not produce any unreasonable, disturbing, or <br /> unnecessary emissions of heat or humidity, at the property line of the site on which they are <br /> situated that cause material distress, discomfort, or injury to a reasonable person. <br /> F. Uses, activities,and processes shall not cause electromagnetic interference with normal radio <br /> or television reception or with the function of other electronic equipment beyond the <br /> property line of the site on which they are situated. <br /> G. Uses, activities, and processes shall not cause odors beyond the property line of the site on <br /> which they are situated. <br /> H. Uses, activities,and processes shall not cause vector(pest)problems, including but not <br /> limited to flies, seagulls or other animal or pest infestation. Operator shall ensure that <br /> processes and RGF,Non-RG and CPRG do not attract vectors or provide harborage for <br /> vectors. ECullet shall have and maintain a vector management plan approved by the City of <br /> San Leandro which addresses, at a minimum,birds, including seagulls and pigeons,rodents <br /> including, rats and mice, insects including flies, bees,hornets,mosquitoes,wasps, yellow- " <br /> jackets, and other flying insects. Said vector management plan shall be prepared by a <br /> professional certified in addressing the above vectors. The vector management plan shalt be <br /> periodically reviewed and updated as circumstances warrant and shall be available upon <br /> request for inspection by the City of San Leandro. <br /> VII. SIGNS <br /> A. No exterior building or monument signs shall be erected without prior approval by the <br /> Community Development Director and after first obtaining a building permit. <br /> B. Signage shall be placed at all outdoor storage of CPRG that clearly describes the material <br /> being stored and on which can be marked the last date the bunker or storage area was cleaned <br /> out and by whom. <br /> VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. The property shall be maintained free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> B. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application as well as conditions of <br /> approval, shall be recorded in the office of County Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> C. No application for amendment of this application or conditions of approval may be submitted <br /> or accepted by the City unless (i)there is full compliance with all terms of the application and <br /> conditions of approval; or(ii)the Community Development Director waives compliance with <br /> the terms of the application and conditions of approval pending application for amendment. <br /> Revised Agreement to Conditions June 26,2014 <br /> PLN2012-00001 Page 8 of 9 <br />
