doors be uncovered for a period of time greater than two hours in any four hour period or 3 <br /> hours in an 8 hour period.Any and all outdoor storage of CPRG shall be covered nightly and <br /> prior to the 9 pm cessation of outdoor activity requirement in section E of this COA. Said <br /> coverings shall be of a nature and material to prevent vectors entering upon or within the <br /> covered CPRG. Said coverings shall be easily applied and removed in a manner that the <br /> person or persons applying or removing the cover are not in contact with the CPRG. <br /> K. Building permits shall be obtained for all structures, pursuant to the San Leandro Building <br /> Code. <br /> L. In addition to compliance with all applicable regulations for business activities in the IG <br /> Industrial General District, the applicant shall assure that the recycling processing activities <br /> continue to operate in compliance with the criteria and standards specific to those uses as <br /> provided in Zoning Code Section 4-1646—Recycling Facilities. <br /> III. ENGINEERING&TRANSPORTATION <br /> A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the City <br /> HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval period (in <br /> which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, reservations, or <br /> other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of Approval) will begin on the <br /> date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you fail to file a protest within this 90-day <br /> period, complying with all of the requirements of Governnent Code Section 66020, you <br /> will be legally barred from later challenging any such fees, dedications,reservations or other <br /> exactions. <br /> B. Applicant shall pay design review fees, permit fees, inspection fees, sewer connection fees, <br /> and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, <br /> permitting and inspection of the public and/or private improvements. <br /> C. Applicant shall remove any unused driveways or damaged driveways, sidewalk, and curb <br /> and gutter along the full property frontage and shall construct new City standard driveway, <br /> sidewalk, curb and gutter in place of the removed items, or where said items are currently <br /> missing. <br /> D. Applicant shall comply with the following high standards for sanitation during construction <br /> of improvements: garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed <br /> on a minimum weekly basis.All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and <br /> food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed <br /> from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be <br /> conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant and contractors with this requirement. <br /> £ All processing of RGF including sorting, cleaning or other activity related to handling shall <br /> occur within the building. Handling of CPRG for storage purposes or to accumulate <br /> sufficient material for shipping can occur outside the building per the requirements set forth <br /> in II-I and II-J. <br /> F. All outdoor equipment, except for the bag house and dust collector, and materials storage <br /> areas shall be covered and arranged to prevent contact with stormwater runoff. <br /> Revised Agreement to Conditions June 26,2014 <br /> PLN2012-00001 Page 5 of 9 <br />
