Therefore, the analysis of impacts in Section 4.6.3, Impact Discussion, above, also <br />addresses the Project as a contributor to cumulative impacts. As identified in Impact GHG-1, Table 4.6-5 <br />shows that operation of the Project would exceed BAAQMD's efficiency metric. Consequently, GHG <br />emissions impacts of the Project are cumulatively considerable, and therefore significant. <br />Applicable Regulations: <br />• None <br />Impact GHG-3: Implementation of the Project would directly or indirectly generate GHG emissions that <br />may have a cumulatively considerable and therefore significant impact on the environment. <br />Mitigation Measure GHG-3: Implementation of Mitigation Measures GHG-1A through GHG-1F would <br />reduce cumulative GHG emissions impacts. <br />4.6-24 DECEMBER 2014 <br />
