Friend, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Property Owner." <br /> Recitals <br /> Chapter 7-11 of the San Leandro Municipal Code imposes a Development Fee <br /> for Street Improvement on new development of property to fund street improvements <br /> necessitated by such development ("DFSI"). <br /> The Property Owner is the owner and developer of the property commonly <br /> known as 1315 Clarke Street, San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0019-005- <br /> 00 (hereafter the "Site"), and is required to pay the DFSI. <br /> The Property Owner has requested that payment of the DFSI be made pursuant <br /> to a mutually acceptable payment schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City and Property Owner agree as follows: <br /> A. The DFSI Property Owner is obligated to pay is THREE THOUSAND, <br /> NINE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($3,920.00), of which TWO <br /> THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($2,608.14) <br /> is designated for the base DFSI fee, and ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED <br /> ELEVEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY SIX CENTS ($1,311.86) is designated for the Marina <br /> Boulevard/Interstate 880 Interchange Traffic Impact Fee.
