B. The DFSI shall be paid by Property Owner to the City within thirty (30) <br /> days of receipt of written notice from City demanding payment and in accordance with <br /> the following schedule and amounts: <br /> 1. First Payment; Payment due shall be equal to one-fourth (1/4) of <br /> the actual fee or Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents <br /> ($980.00), of which Six Hundred Fifty Two Dollars and Four Cents <br /> ($652.04) is designated for the base DFSI fee, and Three Hundred <br /> Twenty Seven Dollars and Ninety Six Cents ($327.96) is <br /> designated for the Marina Boulevard/Interstate 880 Interchange <br /> Traffic Impact Fee. This payment shall be paid to City at the time <br /> the building permit is issued for the Site. <br /> 2. Second Payment: Payment due shall be equal to one-fourth (1/4) of <br /> the actual fee or Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents <br /> ($980.00), PLUS interest as set forth in this Agreement which <br /> equals One Thousand, Sixty Eight Dollars and Twenty Cents <br /> ($1,068.20), of which Seven Hundred Ten Dollars and Seventy Two <br /> Cents ($710.72) is designated for the base DFSI fee, and Three <br /> Hundred Fifty Seven Dollars and Forty Eight Cents ($357.48) is <br /> designated for the Marina Boulevard/Interstate 880 Interchange <br /> Traffic Impact Fee. The payment shall be due and payable one (1) <br /> year following the date of issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> 3. Third Payment. Payment due shall be equal to one-fourth (1/4) of <br /> the actual fee or Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents <br /> ($980.00), PLUS interest as set forth in this Agreement which <br /> equals One Thousand, Thirty Eight Dollars and Eighty Cents <br /> ($1,038.80), of which Six Hundred Ninety One Dollars and Sixteen <br /> Cents ($691.16) is designated for the base DFSI fee, and Three <br /> Hundred Forty Seven Dollars and Sixty Four Cents ($347.64) is <br /> designated for the Marina Boulevard/Interstate 880 Interchange <br /> Traffic Impact Fee. The payment shall be due and payable one (1) <br /> year following the date of the second payment. <br /> 4. Fourth Payment: Payment due shall be equal to one-fourth (1/4) of <br /> the actual fee or Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents <br /> ($980.00), PLUS interest as set forth in this Agreement which <br /> equals One Thousand, Nine Dollars and Forty Cents ($1,009.40), <br /> of which Six Hundred Seventy One Dollars and Sixty Cents <br /> ($671.60) is designated for the base DFSI fee, and Three Hundred <br /> Thirty Seven Dollars and Eighty Cents ($337.80) is designated for <br /> DFSI Payment Schedule Agreement Page 2 of 4 <br /> 1315 CLARKE STREET 11/12/2014 <br />
