NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into, <br /> execute, and deliver the MOU for the East Bay Corridors Initiative. A copy of the MOU is <br /> attached as Exhibit B; and <br /> 2.
