IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-035 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH <br /> CITY MANAGER CHRIS ZAPATA FOR FIVE YEARS TO JANUARY 30, 2020 <br /> WHEREAS, the current Agreement for Employment between the City of San Leandro <br /> and Chris Zapata, as City Manager for the City of San Leandro, dated January 17, 2012, and <br /> subsequently extended, terminates on July 30, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, a new Agreement for Employment, a copy of which is attached, has been <br /> presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said new Agreement for Employment is hereby approved and execution thereof by <br /> the Mayor is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 17th day of February, <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> 1 �. <br /> ATTEST: 11�1���� <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
