1 The governing body of the same public entity as the Treasurer <br /> 2 Aud+tershall determine charges to be made against the Authority for the services of the <br /> 3 Treasurer. . <br /> 4 Charges for the services of the Manager and other administrative or operating <br /> 5 personnel supplied by any Agency shall be jointly agreed upon with the Agency or <br /> 6 Agencies furnishing the services. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Section 8. Meetings of the Commission <br /> 9 (a) Regular Meetings <br /> 10 The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each year. The date <br /> 11 upon which, and the hour and place at which each such regular meeting shall be held, <br /> 12 shall be fixed by resolution of the Commission. <br /> 13 (b) Special Meetings <br /> 14 Special meetings of the Commission may be called in accordance with the <br /> 15 provisions of Section 54956 of the California Government Code. <br /> 16 <br /> (c) Notice And Conduct of Meetings <br /> 17 <br /> All meetings of the Commission shall be held subject to the provisions of the <br /> 18 <br /> Ralph M. Brown Actt, being Sections 54950 et seq. of the California Government Code, <br /> 19 <br /> 20 and other applicable laws of the State of California. Meetings shall be conducted in <br /> 21 accordance with latest revised "Robert's Rules of Order", subject to their being <br /> 22 consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 23 (d) Closed Sessions <br /> 24 In accordance with section 54956.96 of the California Government Code, <br /> 25 all information received by the legislative body of an Agency in a closed session <br /> 26 related to the information presented to the Authority in closed session shall be <br /> 27 confidential. However, a member of the legislative body any Agency may disclose <br /> 28 information obtained in a closed session that has direct financial or liability <br /> 29 implications for that local agency to the following individuals: <br /> 30 1. Legal counsel of that Agency for purposes of obtaining advice on <br /> 31 whether the matter has direct financial or liability implications for <br /> 32 that Agencv. <br /> -14- <br /> 2336705.4 <br />
