A. Any new signage proposed for this business shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department for review and to the Building and Safety Services for <br /> proper building permits. All signage shall be in keeping with the City of San <br /> Leandro Zoning Code,Article 18. <br /> IV. FENCING AND SCREENING <br /> A. Any perimeter fencing shall be structurally sound and well-maintained at all times. <br /> Any damage to the fence shall be promptly replaced or repaired. <br /> B. Any new roof top or exterior mechanical equipment for the building such as air <br /> conditioning/heating units, venting, or radio/television antennas shall be screened <br /> from view so as not to be visible from adjacent properties or streets to the <br /> satisfaction of the Community Development Director. <br /> C. No barbed wire or ribbon wire shall be installed on any wall, fence or building on <br /> the property. <br /> D. Garbage cans and recycling bins shall be screened from view. Said screening shall <br /> be subject to review and approval by the Community Development Director. <br /> V. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. All exterior building surfaces shall be maintained in clean and orderly conditions. <br /> The site shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. The <br /> applicant and any successors in interest shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and <br /> right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> C. The signs on the property shall be well maintained at all times. Any damage to <br /> the signs shall be promptly repaired or replaced. <br /> D. Unauthorized and temporary signage shall not be permitted on the property, <br /> except as approvedfor a specified amount of time in a Special Event Permit <br /> granted by the City Community Development Department. <br /> VI. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The applicant shall require visitors, employees and residents to park within parking <br /> stalls to the rear of the building and mark them with signage reading the appropriate <br /> designations(e. g. "Employee Parking", "Visitor Parking","Resident Parking") <br /> B. There shall be no outside storage of any type in loading or parking stalls.
