IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-058 <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR THE THRASHER PARK PLAY STRUCTURE <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2006.0070; ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR THE <br /> SIEMPRE VERDE PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2015.0270; AND <br /> APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HARRIS DESIGN <br /> WHEREAS, a budget for the Thrasher Park Play Structure Replacement Project has been <br /> presented; and <br /> WHEREAS, a budget for the Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project has been <br /> presented; and <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Harris Design, a copy of <br /> which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the budget allocations, as <br /> described in the staff report, and attached consulting services agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That$65,000 of park development funds are appropriated for the Thrasher Park Play <br /> Structure Replacement Project; and <br /> That$1,538,000 of park development funds are appropriated for the Siempre Verde Park <br /> Rehabilitation Project; and <br /> That $1,145,594 of General Fund Economic Uncertainty Reserve is appropriated for the <br /> Siempre Verde Park Rehabilitation Project; and <br /> That said consulting services agreement is hereby approved andexecution by the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> ***** <br />
