EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Police Department/City Hall <br /> • Odin systems will pre-configure all cameras with mounting hardware and <br /> software. <br /> • Odin will install all cameras in agreed locations; see estimate 1140 and drawings <br /> provided. The city of San Leandro will provide all cable runs with recommended <br /> cable from Odin. We will work with the city during the installation of the cable <br /> runs to ensure everything meets our standards. <br /> • Odin will install and configure the video surveillance recording server with all <br /> updates and software pertinent to the system. <br /> • City is to test and label all cable runs for each camera within the system. <br /> Servers/Client viewing stations <br /> • Odin will provide the recording server and viewing station noted on estimate <br /> 1189 and work with IT in getting the recommended storage for retaining the video <br /> data for the system. <br /> • All servers .'i!l be programed and configured with basic users and rights within <br /> the recording software. <br /> • Odin will in : ail UPS, Servers and client computers in locations IT and PD have <br /> designated for use. <br /> All material is to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to <br /> standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be <br /> executed upon written orders. Exclusions: Permits Permit fees, Encroachment permits and traffic control. <br /> .
