NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the City Council does hereby award a consulting services agreement in an <br /> amount not to exceed $500,000, conditioned upon Raimi +Associates timely executing the <br /> consulting services agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, and submitting all <br /> required documents, including but not limited to, all required exhibits, certificates of insurance, <br /> and endorsements, in accordance with the consulting services agreement and authorizes the <br /> following appropriations for the FY 2014-15 Budget $440,000 from MTC PDA Grant (150-41- <br /> 127), $15,000 from BART(150-41-127), $15,000 from Madison Marquette (150-41-127) and <br /> $30,000 from City (010-41-001-5120); and <br /> 2. The City Manager(or his designee) is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf <br /> of the City Council, to execute a consulting services agreement on behalf of the City of San <br /> Leandro, in a form approved by the City Attorney, upon timely submission by Raimi+ <br /> Associates of the signed agreement; and <br /> 3. The City Manager(or his designee) is authorized to make all approvals and take <br /> all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the terms of the consulting <br /> services agreement and to administer the City of San Leandro's obligations, responsibilities and <br /> duties to be performed under the agreement.
