File Number: 15-327 <br />budget get used to make repairs. <br />David Baum mentioned that the Council had approved a $350,000 contract with Engineering <br />firm RMC to analyze the infrastructure of the delivery system to the plant. <br />Mayor Pauline Cutter stated that the hillsides and roadways are deteriorating and are in need <br />of repair.
