•
Task 6.2.1(f): Circulate and Revise Element
The Economic Development Element will be a chapter of the General Plan and
not a free-standing document like the Housing Element. However, when it is
ready in administrative draft form, it will be circulated to staff as a stand-alone
work product so that it may be easily reviewed. This is appropriate since this is
the only element of the Plan that is"brand new"-- it may be desirable for staff
to review and comment on this Element in advance of some of the other
elements of the Plan.
This task covers revisions to the document following staff review, along with
meetings to discuss the Element and possible revisions.
This task also includes an allotment of 8 hours for the review of this Element
later in the project, during the public hearing process. At that point, the
document will be circulating with the other elements of the General Plan.
However, the assumed budget for the adoption process does not account for
potential comments on new economic development policies and associated
revisions.
Task 6.2.1(g): Project Administration
This task covers administrative tasks associated with the Element, above and
beyond those covered by the General Plan scope of work. This would include
emails, correspondence, and phone calls regarding the Element, and sub •
-
consultant management(by Placeworks).
Amendment No. 1 to CSA between City of San Leandro and Planning Center I DC&E Page 4
