PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> James Aguilar gave an update on Youth in Government and commented about the <br /> possibility of a mock government for youth where they can shadow local officials. <br /> 6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br /> City Manager Zapata made comments about a forthcoming report on projects and <br /> programs dedicated to youth in the City of San Leandro. The report will come on <br /> June 15, 2015. He also made the announcement of new Engineering and <br /> Transportation Director, Mr. Keith Cooke. <br /> 7. AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> There was no amendment to the Consent Calendar. <br /> 8.
