These entitlements will be considered by the Planning Commission <br />(recommending body) and City Council. Subsequent approvals to evaluate the design of the buildings, site <br />plan, and landscape plans will be processed through the City’s Site Plan Review entitlement before the <br />Planning Commission (recommending body) and City Council.
