IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-136 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HARRIS <br /> DESIGN FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT ON THE SIEMPRE VERDE PARK <br /> REHABILITATION PROJECT,PROJECT NO. 2015.0270(PROVIDES CONSTRUCTION <br /> SUPPORT SERVICES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBJECT PROJECT. <br /> WORK TO BE FUNDED BY $60,335.00 OF PARK DEVELOPMENT FEE FUNDS) <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Harris Design, a copy of <br /> which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends said agreement should be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 2015, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None /� (0) <br /> 'r U <br /> ATTEST: __4/_174V <br /> �� <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
