IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-166 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,669.15 <br />TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HARRIS DESIGN FOR THE <br />SIEMPRE VERDE PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2015.0270 <br />(PROVIDES FOR ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES TO BE <br />FUNDED FROM EXISTING PROJECT APPROPRIATIONS.) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement dated July 20, 2015 exists between the City of San Leandro and <br />Harris Design; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract change order is required to compensate for additional services; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, is presented <br />to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 19th day of <br />December, 2016, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: Cox (1) <br />ATTEST: lljl�� <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-166 <br />
