Truck hauling activities shall be restricted to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> H. The property shall be secured during demolition and construction with a six (6) <br /> foot tall chain link fence and any other security measures in accordance with <br /> recommendation of the San Leandro Police Department. <br /> IX. LANDSCAPING <br /> A. The number, types and location of the new trees, shrubs and groundcover shall be <br /> installed in compliance with the conceptual landscape plan as noted(Exhibit F). <br /> B. All landscape improvements shall comply with San Leandro Zoning Code Article <br /> 19 Landscape Requirements, attested by a letter report signed by a licensed <br /> landscape designer. <br /> C. Prior to issuance of either a Certificate of Occupancy or Approval of the Final <br /> inspection, all required landscaping and irrigation shall be installed per the <br /> approved plans, with respect to size, number, and species of plants, and provision <br /> of adequate irrigation coverage. <br /> D. Landscaped areas shall be permanently maintained to preserve plant health and <br /> consistency with the design at time of completion and City's final inspection. <br /> Maintenance includes watering, weeding, pruning, insect and disease control, and <br /> replacement of plant materials and irrigation equipment as needed to preserve the <br /> healthy and appearance of plant materials. <br /> X. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br /> weeds at all times; during construction, the site shall be well maintained and shall <br /> be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. The <br /> Property Owner and its successors in interest shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and <br /> right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> C. There shall be no barbed or razor wire installed on the fencing or on the property. <br /> D.
