All <br /> other locations will mesh to the Pelton Plaza sign location. <br /> • The City of San Leandro will provide a single point of contact with authority to make decisions <br /> on behalf of the Installation Project. <br /> • Preliminary design is based on initial propagation models and subject to change upon <br /> completion of a site survey and spectrum sweep. <br /> • Preliminary design assumes access to mounting assets as identified.
