To the extent that this Agreement <br />mabe funded b fiscal assistance from another governmental <br />enL ty, Contractor shall comply with all applicable rules and <br />regulations to which City is bound by the terms of such fiscal <br />assistance program. <br />11. DOCUMENTS.
