Exhibit F: HSL Education Achievement Program <br />Harborside San Leandro Education <br />Achievement Program <br />Statement of Purpose <br />The Harborside San leandro (HSL) Education Achievement Program is married after the Starbucks <br />College Achievement program. Moreover, we believe that it is an employees <br />moral imperative to create avenues through which their stag can achieve their personal and career <br />goals. We hope that HSCs Education Achievement Program will serve as a model for the emerging <br />cannabis industry. It represents a new kind of social contract for the 210 century through which our <br />employees will gain an opportunity to enter the middle class. <br />Program Details <br />USE will partner with California State University East gay to offer all eligible full time employees Me <br />opportunity W enroll in up to two classes Ia un'Rst per quarter. USE will pay up front For all tuition costs <br />beyond those covered by any financial aid for which the participant may be eligible. <br />All full time USE employees who have been with the company for 6 months or longer, and who are not <br />subject to a performance improvement plan, will be eligible for this benefit Employees may lose <br />eligibility for this program if they failed a course in the previous quarter, or as a result of disciplinary, <br />action. <br />Once eligible, USE will assign the employee a coach The role of the coach will be to assist the employee <br />with the enrollment process. This will include all aspera of enrollment completing the appropriate <br />paperwork, understanding financial aid, choosing a major, selecting the appropriate course work, and <br />more. For those who have never been exposed to the higher education system, or those who have been <br />away For a while, navigating the administrative process can be cumbersome and confusing. The coaching <br />relationship is a critical step in promoting suss for these participants.
