EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />City agrees to pay for the Services outlined in Exhibit A in three (3) installments as follows: <br />An amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Price, i.e., One -Hundred and Seventeen Thousand <br />US dollars ($117,500), within ten (30) days of execution of this Agreement. <br />An amount equal to forty percent (40%) of the Total Price, i.e., Ninety -Four Thousand US dollars <br />[$94,000], at least one (1) week prior to shipment of the Installation to the City's specified address upon <br />notification by Consultant that the Installation is ready to ship. <br />An amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Price, i.e., Twenty -Three Thousand Five Hundred <br />US dollars ($23,500) no later than thirty (30) days after installation of Installation. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between October 1, 2015 <br />City of San Leandro and Exploratorium—Exhibit B Page 1 of 1 <br />
