IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-170 <br /> RESOLUTION RE-APPROPRIATING CAPITAL FUNDS FOR EXISTING PROJECTS AND <br /> PURPOSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY CHARTER <br /> WHEREAS, section 520 of the Charter for the City of San Leandro specifies that <br /> appropriations to capital funds may be carried forward for not more than five fiscal years; and <br /> WHEREAS, a list of projects with capital funds originally allocated more than five years <br /> ago has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends that funding should be taken from Fund <br /> Balance and appropriated for the listed projects. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the funds listed in the attachment are re-appropriated for the projects and purposes <br /> named in the attachment. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 5th day of October, <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
